How Roll Benders Work

The roll bender continuously bends the material according to the principle that three points determine a circle. The three-roll roll bender has two drive rolls (fixed) and one adjustment roll (adjustable). The adjustment roller can move forward or backward, which is convenient for unloading the workpiece. Adjust the up and down (front and rear) position of the adjustment roller to change the relative distance between it and the drive roller. When bending, place the material between the drive roller and the adjusting roller, adjust the adjusting roller to gradually press down (advance), and then bend the material to the required radius

According to the bending curvature, it can be divided into equal curvature roll bender and variable curvature roll bender;
According to the classification of structure design, it can be divided into vertical roll bender and horizontal roll bender;

According to the number of rolls, it can be divided into three-Roll Bending Machine, four-roll rolling machine, six-roll rolling machine, etc.
